
ABOUT JONATHON
Jonathon Langdon is a surging professional in broadcasting with a portfolio that includes play-by-play commentary for Mount Vernon Nazarene University (NAIA), Ashland University (NCAA D2), and The OH Report. He has also contributed to behind-the-scenes production with Spectrum News 1 in Columbus and Clippers TV, the broadcasting home of the Columbus Clippers, Triple-A affiliate of the Cleveland Guardians.

The Ashland, Ohio native started in multimedia at Ashland High School in 2019 with Arrow TV & Productions, where he became the primary anchor for the school’s morning announcements while contributing frequently to the school newspaper as a senior.

While pursuing his bachelor's degree at MVNU, Jonathon broadened his skills with WNZR as an on-air host, the voice of the Cougars’ basketball program, and as a lead producer and technician for WNZR’s video streaming platform. This included time spent as a director, camera operator, and graphics specialist.

Jonathon's work with the Clippers began while closing of his sophomore year. Upon returning to campus the next fall, he set out on a new journey that allowed him and his classmates to cover 30+ high school sporting events with The OH Report before graduating in 2024.

Following graduation, Jonathon increased his role with The OH Report, calling 121 high school games in the 2024-25 school year. In June, he signed his first 10-month contract as he prepares to lead the company's long-awaited expansion to the Columbus market while retaining his role as a summertime freelancer for the Clippers.
